How I use my box of 6 blends;
I love that I can respond to my every mood with a unique blend. Here's what each of my 6 blends do for me;
PRAY - Pray makes my home smell like a Church. When I feel calm, mindful and thoughtful, PRAY accompanies me into my meditative, prayerful place where I travel back through my memories and forward into my dreams and desires. The Green Mandarin and the Vetiver are so mysterious together. My peaceful place. But that's me. How will it make you feel?
HEAVEN - Heaven transports me away from stress and a high energy and leads me somewhere beautiful and joyful. I love to diffuse Heaven throughout the night as I sleep. There is something about the Rose and Sweet orange together that immediately holds my attention, lifts my mood and makes we want to stay, and stay. Almost everyone that smells Heaven is immediately drawn to it, men and women alike. Will it do it for you too?
ON EARTH - On Earth is my work companion. If I need to be as productive as possible and get things done within a deadline, I diffuse On Earth when I'm working from home and it's like putting blinkers on my brain...total focus, calm and a stream of productivity. SPIRIT - Spirit....this blend is really special. The beauty that this blend evokes is sublime. Artisan farmers pick the roots of the Spikenard flower high up in the mountains of Nepal, as they have done for millenia. The sweetness of Basil and the warmth of Nutmeg evoke for me an ancient stillness and beauty. This blend has presence. It makes me want to remain still adn relaxed whilst I enjoy it.
FIGHT - Sometimes we have to find the mental fortitude to do the hard things of life. This blend, which contains cinnamon leaf oil, bergamot and grapefruit is energising, focussing whilst calming, warming and regulating - all the things I need to fight the good fight...
REMEMBER - Remember has depth, beauty and a solemn tone. Remember creates a deliberate space where I can visit memories of people, places and things no longer with me. Remember helps me to set aside a little time to create a space and ambience just for this purpose. This blend contains Frankincense associated with grief and for lifting sadness associated with loss. It also contains the powerful and deep floral bouquet of Ylang Ylang and the sweet ancient aroma of the Black Spruce pine. You can read some research finding about these oils here.
